Annie Liang is an overseas partner at Oxford University's Business School, with an MBA from the school and a Master's degree in International Relations from Columbia University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University. Liang is currently serving as an alumni ambassador for the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University, as well as an international consultant for the Miss Porter's School. With over 15 years of experience in international exchanges, climate change, finance, and investment, she sits on the board of directors for five international non-profit organizations, including the World Monuments Fund, Beautiful China, and the Chinese-American Association for Progress. Previously, she served as the General Manager for the American Relations Department of the China-U.S. Green Fund, responsible for all liaison work with American businesses, governments, research institutions, and international organizations. She is a member of the National Committee on United States-China Relations and a new leader of the Committee of 100, having extensive experience in promoting investment and strategy between the United States, China, and Europe. Liang has conducted research at the New York thinktank, the World Policy Institute, and assisted in publishing the white paper "Focus on Water and Energy".

Edward Cunningham received his PHD in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States, a Master's degree from Harvard University, and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. He is the Director of the China Programs at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and also serves as a lecturer in public policy. He previously taught as an assistant professor in the Department of Earth and Environment at Boston University, and was a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University as a Fulbright Scholar. As the program officer for the China Public Policy Program at the Kennedy School of Government, he regularly speaks at industry and academic conferences on topics related to energy, industrial policy, competitiveness, and governance.
