Academic Planning Center - One Plan for Each Student, Leveraging Strengths and Avoiding Shortcomings

Starting from the 9th grade (10th grade enrollment), the school's academic guidance office, project coordinator, and subject teachers will evaluate and analyze the student's personal situation with parents and the student themselves, including the student's personal interests, subject strengths, and future career development direction, to guide the student in making a good academic plan. By analyzing one's own strengths and comparing the admission requirements of the target institution, develop a practical and feasible plan for further education.

Annie Liang is an overseas partner at Oxford University's Business School, with an MBA from the school and a Master's degree in International Relations from Columbia University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University. Liang is currently serving as an alumni ambassador for the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University, as well as an international consultant for the Miss Porter's School. With over 15 years of experience in international exchanges, climate change, finance, and investment, she sits on the board of directors for five international non-profit organizations, including the World Monuments Fund, Beautiful China, and the Chinese-American Association for Progress. Previously, she served as the General Manager for the American Relations Department of the China-U.S. Green Fund, responsible for all liaison work with American businesses, governments, research institutions, and international organizations. She is a member of the National Committee on United States-China Relations and a new leader of the Committee of 100, having extensive experience in promoting investment and strategy between the United States, China, and Europe. Liang has conducted research at the New York thinktank, the World Policy Institute, and assisted in publishing the white paper "Focus on Water and Energy".

Edward Cunningham received his PHD in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States, a Master's degree from Harvard University, and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. He is the Director of the China Programs at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and also serves as a lecturer in public policy. He previously taught as an assistant professor in the Department of Earth and Environment at Boston University, and was a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University as a Fulbright Scholar. As the program officer for the China Public Policy Program at the Kennedy School of Government, he regularly speaks at industry and academic conferences on topics related to energy, industrial policy, competitiveness, and governance. He is also a member of the board of directors at Lexington Community Health School.

Andrew Sohn graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. During his undergraduate studies, he studied Chinese at Tsinghua University. After graduating from college, he worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. In his spare time, Andrew founded "116 to Wall Street," a non-profit organization dedicated to helping college students learn about the financial services industry. Through "116 to Wall Street," Andrew has helped hundreds of students find jobs in the finance industry. He also serves as the Chairman and Board Member of the Columbia Alumni Fund and the Vice Chairman of the Employment Services Committee.

Ziwei has served as the China and Asia-Pacific Affairs Advisor for a non-profit organization founded by Prince Charles of the United Kingdom to help impoverished youth start their own businesses. She is also the Executive Director and Qualification Appraiser for London Society Season's Charlotte Ball in China and Asia-Pacific. Her son, Wu Bi, was the first mainland Chinese student to receive a King's Scholarship and be elected as Pop at Eton College in the United Kingdom, and has since graduated from the University of Oxford.
