Matthew is a dedicated educator who is impassioned about curriculum development and student leadership, having earned a Master's degree in Education in Advanced Teaching from the University of the People. His extensive experience includes positions as an academic director, English language teacher, social studies instructor, and economics tutor, which have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of educational requirements in a variety of environments. This experience encompasses more than a decade. Matthew's proficiency in fundamental Mandarin Chinese and his 140-hour TEFL Certificate further enhance his abilities. He has specialized in teaching English for Academic Purposes and IELTS preparation courses, integrating these subjects within a Social Studies framework. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to the Cambridge Primary ESL and Middle School Curriculum frameworks. Matthew has also devoted himself to the teaching of social studies in the past years of his tenure at the middle school level, thereby enhancing students' comprehension of global cultures and histories.
