Ada has a bachelor’s degree, IELTS 6.5, and holds a Certificate for Primary and Secondary School Principals (Kindergarten Principal). She has been in the education industry for 11 years and has worked as the Regional Principal of i2 English for Kids in Changsha, the Assistant Principal of Welldonekids Kindergarten (Sanya) and the operation management of Disney English (Tianjin, Chengdu). She has experience in general management of international kindergartens, operation and management of Fortune 100 companies, and regional operation and management of English training schools. She has Language Travel and Course Leader experiences working in the US and UK and believes that education starts with respect.
