Ms. Lily graduated from Hunan Normal University, and majoring in preschool education, She is an experienced teacher with a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate and 0-3 AMI teaching assistant certificate. During her 12-year teaching career, she has not only successively served as a headteacher and the director of teaching research in public kindergartens, private international kindergartens and institutions for early education, but also participated in the 0-3 year-old early teaching and research project of the National Training Plan. 

She believes that children obtain courage from their curiosity for life, discipline from their passions, and confidence from accumulation of every single success.
