The core teaching management team includes a number of first-class principals and education experts at home and abroad, with mature and famous school education and teaching management experience. As well as the ability to integrate the world's top resources and courses, the school's school-running quality can be on par with the top domestic level from the very beginning.

International Homeroom Teacher

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a minor in education from the University of California, San Diego. She received her TESOL certificate in 2017 and completed the Teacher Preparation program at Moreland University in 2021. He has over 10 years of teaching experience in the United States, China and South Korea. Eric is particularly passionate about working with kindergarten age children and has worked in this age group for eight years. These experiences have enabled him to work with students from diverse backgrounds to foster their love of learning. His core teaching philosophy is to create a positive and engaging classroom environment. He believes that when students feel safe, supported and have a sense of belonging, they are more likely to be proactive in their learning. This can translate into a collaborative and respectful classroom culture where students feel comfortable taking risks and asking questions.
