International Homeroom Teacher

Teacher Sean is a native English speaker from England, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Hull University in England. Sean also holds a TEFL certificate from the UK. Sean has 6 years experience working as a homeroom Kindergarten teacher in International/ Bilingual Kindergartens in China. Teacher Sean’s philosophy on teaching younger children centers around two key principles, the first being to show love. When children feel loved they feel comfortable and confident, therefore they are more willing to express themselves. The second key principle is to try and to incorporate a variety of different types of classes into the monthly topics. As each child is different they will enjoy and respond differently to different types of classes and activities. By creating a wide ranging and interesting curriculum children will be more engaged and willing to learn.
