Ms. Iris has a bachelor’s degree in Pre-school Education from Hunan Normal University and has been involved in early childhood education for fifteen years, having advanced teaching concepts. Obtained the primary school teacher qualification and kindergarten director qualification, served as a teaching director for several years, and held the position of director of an international education group, with rich experience in international education management.

From a teacher to an education manager, she has always maintained a heart full of love and responsibility, holding fast to her original heart of nurturing people and ploughing deeply into the cause of love. She knows that pre-school education is a cause of roots, love which can benefit children for a lifetime, and has been awarded the honour of "Outstanding Staff member " twice.
