The International education management team of BeeMee comes from top international schools around the world. The founding team has an international vision. Mr. Michael is from the north of Ireland, and has been living in China for 10 years. He studied early childhood education with Wilmington University, originally undertaking this course after finding a passion for teaching young children and wishing to pursue it further. During this time, he was drawn to self-regulation studies, children develop self-regulation through warm and responsive relationships. They also develop it by watching the adults around them. He also applies these techniques at home with his daughter.
