A graduate of the University of South Wales, Mr.Russell is an educator committed to inspiring students and fostering a love of learning and discipline. He will spare no effort to ensure that each lesson is not only informative, but also engaging and enjoyable. His first job as a teacher was teaching kindergarten children aged 2-6. Years later, he is still happy to learn and develop new games and methods to teach in the most effective way possible, self-research teaching methods and psychology, and interact with students in the best way possible. Innovative teaching methods using a variety of approaches such as collaborative problem solving, effective integration of technology and gamification.
