Responsible for:

1. Undertake the teaching tasks of the subjects taught, ensure that the teaching is carried out according to the school's teaching arrangements, and continuously improve the quality of teaching services.

2. Formulate and implement scientific and reasonable teaching plans, provide students with effective guidance on learning methods, cultivate good learning habits, and timely feedback on students' learning progress.

3. Actively participate in teaching and research activities and complete various teaching and research tasks assigned by superiors to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

4. Establish and maintain effective communication with students and parents, do a good job in home-school cooperation, and jointly promote the all-round development of students.

5. Able to cooperate with other teachers to improve the teaching effect.

Job requirements:

1. Love education, love students, abide by the professional ethics of teachers, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a good team spirit.

2. Bachelor of degree or above, major in the corresponding subject, holding the corresponding subject and section of the teacher's certificate, with full-time teaching experience in English as the main language.

3. Be good at English, solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge of primary education, able to develop personalized teaching plans and programs according to different characteristics and needs of students, to help students learn and grow better.

4. Have good affinity, excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong team spirit, and can cooperate with other teachers in teaching.

5. With advanced education and teaching concepts and the spirit of innovation, versatile, able to provide students with a wealth of curriculum related activities.

6. Bilingual immersion teaching experience in Chinese and English, teaching experience in international schools, key primary and secondary schools or relevant work experience and outstanding performance is preferred.
