Responsible for:

1. Implement and execute the teaching work plan of the kindergarten, ensure the comprehensiveness and systematicity of the education work in this class, and promote the harmonious development of children's physical and mental health.

2. Regularly organize and hold class work meetings to efficiently organize class teaching and research activities and improve the quality of education.

3. Maintain close cooperation with foreign teacher, assistant teacher, and life teacher to jointly create a harmonious, inclusive, and diverse learning atmosphere, and provide high-quality international education environment for young children.

4. Actively advocate and practice the educational concept of multicultural integration, guide young children to respect and appreciate cultural differences, and cultivate their international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

5. Timely and accurately convey important information such as notices and activity arrangements in the kindergarten to parents, share their children's learning and living conditions in the kindergarten with them in a timely manner, ensure that parents can fully understand the education and teaching work of the kindergarten, and promote home school cooperation.

6. Attach great importance to and effectively protect the safety of children in the park, and enhance children's self-protection awareness and ability through various forms.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor of degree or above, major in pre-school education, holding teacher qualification certificate, with teaching experience in international preschool education.

2. Understand the concept and practice of international nursery education and kindergarten education, and be able to effectively cooperate with foreign teachers to jointly promote the education work of the kindergarten.

3. Have good communication skills, problem solving skills and leadership, safety awareness and team spirit.

4. Have a certain degree of oral English communication skills, with overseas preschool education experience is preferred.
